Greg Cote
Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Strategy, ACE Aviation Holdings Inc.
Mr. Cote was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Strategy for ACE Aviation Holdings Inc. in September 2005, responsible for all aspects of the development and execution of financial strategies that will create additional value for ACE and its operating companies.
Prior to joining ACE, Greg was a Partner at Ernst & Young since 1997. He was also a Senior Vice President of Ernst & Young's corporate finance business, responsible for delivering value realization strategies to clients and executing restructuring, financing and divestiture transactions in Canada, the US and Asia in a broad range of industries. Greg acted as a financial advisor to Air Canada during its reorganization and just prior to his appointment at ACE, acted as a financial advisor on the initial public offering of the Aeroplan Income Fund.
Greg is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
