Richard H. McCoy is a corporate director. Mr. McCoy is the Chairman of Jazz Air Holding GP Inc. and Jazz Air Income Fund. Mr. McCoy is also a director of Rothmans Inc., Aberdeen Asia-Pacific Income Investment Company, MDS Inc., Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation, Uranium Participation Corporation and Pizza Pizza Royalty Income Fund. Mr. McCoy has over 35 years experience in the investment industry. From May 1997 to October 2003, Mr. McCoy was Vice-Chairman, Investment Banking at TD Securities. Prior to joining TD Securities in 1997, Mr. McCoy was deputy Chairman of CIBC Wood Gundy Securities.
