Michael M. Green is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tenex Capital Management, a private investment firm. Mr. Green is also a director of Air Canada. Mr. Green has a multi-industry operations background in aerospace, transportation, telecommunications and software systems. Mr. Green was Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. from 2003 to 2009. Previously, Mr. Green was the Chief Executive Officer of several privately held companies, Trispan Solutions and Naviant Technology. Mr. Green began his career at General Electric Company where he worked in several operating departments and held positions in engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing and general management. Mr. Green holds a dual B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Physics from State University of New York, Buffalo and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
